Dear esteemed colleagues,

We wish you continued prosperity and success. We are grateful for your ongoing support and contributions to the activitithe RNA Society of Japan.

We are pleased to announce that the 25th Annual Meeting of the RNA Society of Japan will be held from Wednesday, Ju26th to Friday, June 28th, 2024, at Yasuda Auditorium, The University of Tokyo, located in Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo.

Since its establishment in 1999, the RNA Society of Japan is approaching its 25th year with a membership that has grown to approximately 600 members, showing a positive trend. Over the years, research centered around RNA has made significant advances, including the discovery of RNA interference, the identification of small non-coding RNAs, their applications in medical diagnostics and technology, the exploration of new RNA landscapes through next-generation sequencing of the human genome and transcriptome, and the development of genome editing technologies like Cas9/CRISPR. These developments have not only propelled basic research but also had a profound impact on the fields of medicine and healthcare. Our society has hosted 24 annual meetings to date, fostering lively discussions, particularly among young researchers, and receiving high international acclaim for its research quality. Every year, we provide a platform for researchers from various fields of life sciences to exchange information and network, thereby supporting research activities.

The 25th Annual Meeting in 2024, to be held in Tokyo as mentioned, is being organized to ensure it is a meaningful gathering centered around presentations by invited speakers from abroad and our members. Exhibition booths will be located near the poster session area, offering an opportunity for companies supporting research to engage in information exchange and networking with participants. We humbly ask for your support in the form of corporate exhibitions and advertisements, hoping for your understanding and agreement with the purpose of our conference.

In closing, we sincerely wish for the continued prosperity of your organization.

Sincerely,

January 2024
